As a Senior HR Business Partner, you manage the corporate IT area with a focus on personnel-related issues. You work closely with executives to effectively implement HR processes and serve as a bridge between technology and personnel management, assuming an independent role with direct ties to the IT organization.

Your responsibilities

Advising executives and management of corporate IT on all personnel-related matters
Serving as the central HR contact across borders
Linking the demands of the technology area with personnel management processes
Ensuring the professional implementation of all HR processes and standards within the department
Close collaboration with personnel management
Supporting executives in workforce planning and resource management
Assisting in recruiting processes
Accompanying employee development processes
Identifying HR action areas using HR metrics and employee feedback
Developing appropriate measures in collaboration with the department
Managing the HR relationship with the majority-owned group company in Greece
Coordinating with software and data engineering teams of corporate IT
Implementing new job roles and structures in organizational management, recruiting, and employer branding
Managing HR projects from the department
Promoting corporate values, cultural initiatives, and leadership standards

Your profile

Relevant degree completed
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR role
In-depth knowledge of employment law
In-depth knowledge of workforce planning
In-depth knowledge of HR processes
Experience in advising executives at the management level
Experience in managing HR projects
Understanding of technology and IT organizations
Knowledge of agile organizational forms is an advantage
Independent working style and ability to gain visibility in the department
Strong implementation skills
Excellent communication skills
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
