We are seeking an experienced professional to lead HKLS projects. This role includes overseeing the process from planning to the successful implementation of technical solutions. You will work closely with clients and project stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

Oversee projects from the idea phase to implementation
Develop technical solutions with clients
Ensure quality requirements are met during projects
Monitor project budget
Adhere to project deadlines and timelines
Coordinate with construction clients
Ensure alignment with planning
Organize communication with project stakeholders
Assist in preparing offers
Participate in contract negotiations
Attend construction meetings
Create installation plans
Conduct measurements and calculations
Prepare project billing

Your profile

Completed technical training in HKLS or building technology
Experience in project management within the HKLS sector is advantageous
Customer orientation
Solution-oriented thinking

Experience coordinating project partners
Knowledge of creating installation plans and measurements
