Project Manager

• Leading technical projects focused on scope
• Planning and monitoring project schedules
• Defining key milestones and deliverables
• Communicating with clients throughout the entire project duration
• Managing new technical projects
• Handling warranty and guarantee cases
• Creating and maintaining internal and external project reports
• Creating 8D and A3 reports
• Identifying and assessing project risks
• Managing risks within the project
• Monitoring achievement of cost, quality, and schedule objectives
• Documenting deviations (NCRs)
• Tracking deviations including cost control
• Responsibility for occupational safety in the project area

• Completed technical studies in mechanical engineering
• Initial professional experience in project management is an advantage
• Knowledge of common project management methods
• IPMA certification is advantageous
• Experience working with SAP
• Ideal: Experience as a Key User in SAP
• Strong communication skills
• Confident interaction with internal and external contacts
• Ability to clearly explain complex technical and organizational matters
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent coordination skills
• German language skills, written and spoken, at least at C1 level
