Project Manager Clinical Trials
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate clinical trials in cancer research. The role includes planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring relevant quality standards and communication with project partners.
Your responsibilities
- Planning national and international clinical trials
- Conducting clinical trials and research projects
- Developing study protocols
- Creating and reviewing study-specific documents
- Maintaining study-specific documentation
- Coordinating the project as the contact for the pharmaceutical industry and trial centers
- Organizing and conducting meetings and conference calls
- Monitoring project progress in terms of timelines
- Responsible for planning and controlling the study budget
- Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and quality requirements
- Promoting internal and external communication
- Supporting cross-departmental cooperation and information flow
Your profile
- Preferably experience in project management or scientific project supervision
- Completed degree in natural sciences
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
- Advanced IT skills
- Basic medical knowledge or interest in medical further education
- Strong organizational skills
- High resilience and stress resistance
- Structured and methodical approach to work
- Independent and reliable working style
- Ability to support multidisciplinary teams
- High social and communication skills
