• Independent handling of work packages in building construction across all project phases
• Responsibility for project scheduling
• Monitoring and controlling project costs
• Ensuring quality requirements during the construction phase
• Conducting tenders
• Contract management during project implementation

• Gradual assumption of sub-project leadership
• Representation of project management in their absence

• Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in project management of building construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of HOAI
• Knowledge of AHO
• Knowledge of VOB
• Proficient handling of MS Project
• Ability to expand and maintain networks
• Strong persuasion skills with project participants
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Good English skills are desirable
• Analytical and logical thinking
• Strong aptitude for comprehension
• High level of communication skills
• Convincing presence
