You assume overall responsibility for leading the Austrian company and manage sales activities in Central and Eastern Europe as well as Poland. In doing so, you guide the organization strategically and operationally to drive growth and profitable business.

Your responsibilities

Overall management of the Austrian company, including profit responsibility.
Responsibility for revenue, cash flow, and budget in compliance with internal corporate guidelines.
Strategic leadership of sales activities in Austria, CEE, and Poland.
Operational management of sales teams to achieve growth targets.
Development and implementation of growth strategies for various countries.
Exploration of new markets and business fields in the region.
Building and maintaining long-term customer and partner relationships.
Contract management with key customers and partners.
Disciplinary and technical leadership of the regional organization.
Promoting digitalization and optimizing sales processes.
Budget planning, forecasting, and KPI management.
Regular reporting to the international corporate management.

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience in an international technical B2B environment.
Experience in management and profit responsibility.
Knowledge of the markets in Central and Eastern Europe.
Expertise in strategic business development.
Successful penetration of new markets.
Experience in building sustainable customer and partner relationships.
Commercial understanding including P&L management.
Entrepreneurial, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
Aptitude for digitalization, modern sales processes, and AI.
Experience in change processes
Communicative and decisive leadership personality.
Fluent German and English skills
Willingness to travel internationally
Knowledge of additional CEE languages, especially Polish, is advantageous.
Completed commercial or technical education
