In this leadership role, you will manage projects from planning to implementation and be responsible for leading various teams. You coordinate digital and automated initiatives in construction machinery technology and oversee international project participants.
Your responsibilities
- Project leaders and their teams lead
- Support projects from planning to implementation including change management
- Coordinate international digitization projects in the construction machinery sector
- Manage the digitization of workshop processes
- Organize the development of a digital service portal for machine data
- Lead the further development of a Europe-wide telematics system
- Implement process automation and introduce robotic solutions
- Analyze and prioritize AI use cases for internal processes
- Serve as the central interface to internal and external stakeholders
- Proactively promote projects and applications to clients
- Conduct project quality management
- Assume budget responsibility
- Ensure schedule monitoring and project reporting
Your profile
- Completed studies focused on business informatics or a comparable combination of business administration and IT
- Several years of project management experience
- Successfully led multiple teams
- Project management certifications such as PMP, IPMA, or PRINCE2
- Experience in applying agile methods
- High service orientation
- Consultative and consensus-oriented approach
- Confident and engaging presence in presentations
- Entrepreneurial thinking and goal-oriented action
- Willingness to travel up to 30 percent
- Very good German language skills
- Excellent English skills
