Project Manager Residential Construction
We are looking for a specialist to independently manage large residential construction projects. You will lead the projects and represent the interests of the property developer throughout the entire process.
Your responsibilities
- Management and coordination of large residential construction projects
- Representation of the client and property developer interests in project-related matters
- Coordination with planners, consultants, and executing companies
- Alignment with additional project partners
- Representation of projects before authorities
- Communication with clients and stakeholders
- Ensuring cost, schedule, and quality targets
- Conducting ongoing project controls
- Identifying and managing opportunities and risks during the project
- Carrying out change order management
- Contract management including anti-claim measures
- Coordination with management, customer management, and sales
- Support in acquisition processes for new real estate projects
Your profile
- Completed education in real estate or construction (HTL, BM, FH, UNI etc.)
- Several years of professional experience in the real estate industry
- Several years of professional experience in the construction industry
- High personal commitment
