You will lead the HR department and develop corporate-wide HR policies and processes. You will also handle employment law issues in Austria and Germany, manage personnel development, recruiting, and the introduction of digital HR tools.

Your responsibilities

Technical leadership of the HR team at two locations
Organizational management of the HR team at two locations
Disciplinary leadership of HR employees
Development and implementation of company-wide HR policies
Further development of HR processes and structures
Handling employment law issues in Austria
Handling employment law issues in Germany
Management of secondment regulations and template contracts
Standardization of contracts and document management
Responsibility for leadership development
Planning and implementation of succession planning
Management of employer branding initiatives
Responsibility for recruiting activities
Implementation of digital HR tools (e.g., digital expense reporting, company app)
Support and development of employees

Your profile

Completed commercial or legal education
Ideally with a focus on Human Resources, employment law, or a comparable qualification
Several years of relevant professional experience in HR management or as an HR generalist
Preferably experience in a corporate environment with decentralized structures
Ability to develop and implement HR policies and group-wide processes
Industry experience in industry, construction, plant engineering, or mechanical engineering is advantageous
Solid knowledge of Austrian employment law
Solid knowledge of German employment law
Experience in handling employment law issues
Practical experience in recruiting
Practical experience in personnel development
Experience with operational HR processes
Experience in leadership development
Digital affinity and experience with HR systems
Experience with electronic personnel files or digital HR workflows is advantageous
