Construction Manager TGA Mechanical
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager for building services in the mechanical sector. Your task will be to oversee the execution of industrial construction projects and coordinate on-site teams. You will maintain an overview of the entire construction process and ensure project goals are met.
Your responsibilities
- Assume specialist construction supervision in building services for mechanical industrial projects
- Lead and develop internal and external project teams and site personnel
- Ensure adherence to project goals
- Ensure project profitability within the specified fee framework
- Monitor project budget
- Apply cost, claim, and change management
- Contribute to the creation of proposals
- Organize and optimize project workflows
- Comply with safety requirements
- Moderate project meetings
- Maintain client relationships
- Actively support occupational safety
Your profile
- Completed degree in Building Services, Process Engineering, Supply Technology, Mechanics, or comparable
- Several years of experience in handling industrial projects
- Experience as a Site Manager, Construction Manager, Project Manager, or comparable position
- Ideally, industry knowledge in semiconductors, batteries, life sciences, pharma, chemicals, plant engineering, or process technology
- Experience in leading project teams and subcontractors
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Communication skills
- Solid knowledge of ÖNORM B 2110 and the Federal Procurement Act (Bundesvergabegesetz)
- Knowledge of Austrian construction regulations and standards
- Willingness to travel for projects within Austria
- Business fluent in English, both written and spoken
