You will take on the leadership of a regional responsibility area in infrastructure, managing a team of around 45 employees. In this role, you will carry both operational and strategic responsibility and actively contribute to the development of the area.
Your responsibilities
- Managing a department with approximately 45 employees
- Development of the organizational unit
- Promoting and supporting employee development
- Ensuring smooth operations
- Guaranteeing high service quality
- Maintaining and advancing safety standards
- Planning operational, infrastructural, and deployment-related measures
- Steering and implementing planned measures
- Collaboration and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Coordination and collaboration with external stakeholders
- Introduction and continuous improvement of quality, occupational safety, and process standards
- Leading change and optimization projects
Your profile
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH, university or equivalent)
- Several years of leadership experience
- Experience in cross-departmental or cross-location leadership (ideally)
- Experience in leading larger teams
- Knowledge in the infrastructure sector is beneficial
- Knowledge in the transportation field is beneficial
- Knowledge in the construction environment is beneficial
- Knowledge in the road sector is beneficial
- High organizational competence
