In this position, you will lead cross-departmental finance projects focusing on transformation, integration, and process optimization. You will develop actionable strategies and work closely with international teams, managing complex financial matters and their communication.
Your responsibilities
- Management of cross-functional finance projects in SAP transition, process transformation, and M&A integration
- Structuring and analyzing complex topics in the finance sector
- Developing actionable solutions and implementation roadmaps
- Monitoring progress, milestones, risks, and resources in projects
- Preparation of management reports and steering committee documents
- Regular project updates and stakeholder communication
- Collaboration with international stakeholders and finance departments
- Integrating project experiences into governance standards
- Promoting best practices in the finance sector
- Utilizing AI-supported methods to enhance financial competencies
Your profile
- Several years of experience in finance, controlling, or project management
- Degree in business administration, finance, accounting, controlling, or business informatics preferred
- Proven leadership or coordination of cross-departmental projects
- In-depth understanding of processes in a financial environment
- Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or digital finance technology is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and implementation strength
- High level of self-responsibility and reliability
- Independent working style and proactive problem identification
- Strong communication and moderation skills in an international environment
- Excellent German and English language skills, both spoken and written
