We are seeking an experienced executive for the Human Resources department. This position involves overseeing all HR activities and developing appropriate strategies for the organization. You will work closely with management and foster a sustainable corporate culture.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the HR function in Austria
Advise management and executives on personnel and organizational issues
Develop and implement the HR strategy in close coordination with management and regional HR
Participate and lead in recruiting processes
Involve in talent management
Contribute to personal development
Manage and implement succession planning
Promote corporate culture and employee retention
Support change and transformation processes
Ensure compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements
Optimize HR processes
Analysis of HR metrics and derivation of actions
Support data-driven decisions
Lead and develop the HR and Office Management teams

Your profile

Several years of experience in a generalist HR leadership role
In-depth knowledge of the entire employee lifecycle
Confident interaction with management and executives
Experience collaborating with international stakeholders
Ability to develop teams
Proficiency in change management support
Thorough knowledge of labor law
Thorough knowledge of payroll accounting
Understanding of compliance, governance, and data protection requirements
Experience in handling HR metrics and analyses
Negotiable German proficiency
Fluent English skills at negotiation level
Willingness for regular on-site presence
