We are seeking a responsible leader for an educational institute focused on supporting students with reading and spelling difficulties. You will manage the institute both professionally and organizationally, handling consulting, personnel leadership, marketing, and financial responsibilities.

Your responsibilities

Establishing your own educational institute
Making legally and economically independent decisions
Creating learning groups based on individual needs
Providing support lessons
Delegating instruction to qualified educators
Ensuring teaching quality through training and guidance
Control of payment receipts
Managing client data using the network software
Selecting suitable reception staff
Selecting suitable teaching staff
Supporting and assisting staff in their duties
Conducting consultative meetings to determine support needs
Promoting the institute and increasing regional visibility
Building and maintaining customer relationships

Your profile

University degree as a possible qualification
Comparable education with experience in pedagogy as a potential qualification
Managers from outside the industry (education) without a pedagogical background are also possible
With professional experience
Strong entrepreneurial spirit
Interest in self-employment and entrepreneurship
Enthusiasm for educational work with children, teenagers, and young adults
Openness and willingness to engage with people
Strong communication skills
Ability to build and maintain networks
Desire and motivation to help people with dyslexia
Willingness to make final business decisions
