We are looking for an experienced leader to manage a support institute. You will take on educational, administrative, advisory, and marketing-related tasks. Your work will contribute to sustainably supporting children and adolescents with reading and spelling difficulties.

Your responsibilities

Form learning groups tailored to individual student requirements
Teach independently or delegate to qualified educators
Ensure high teaching quality through training and guidance of teaching staff
Control of payment receipts
Managing customer data with specialized software
Selection of reception and teaching staff
Support staff with their tasks
Conducting individual consultations to determine support needs
Marketing the institute to increase awareness
Building and maintaining customer relationships

Your profile

Degree at university level or equivalent educational qualification
Alternative: Experience as an educational industry manager without educational training
Leadership experience
Professional experience in relevant areas
Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation for independence
Communicative skills and openness in dealing with people
Networking experience and ability to maintain contacts
Enthusiasm for educational work with children, teenagers, and young adults
Understanding of the challenges of reading and spelling difficulties
Willingness for continuous learning and collaboration
