We are looking for an experienced executive to independently manage a support institute. You will take on educational, administrative, as well as consulting and marketing-related tasks. You will work independently and with the support of an experienced team.

Your responsibilities

Formation of learning groups according to individual student needs
Providing lessons yourself
Delegating lessons to qualified educators
Organizing and conducting regular training sessions for quality assurance
Monitoring payment receipts
Managing customer data with specialized software
Selecting suitable reception staff
Selecting suitable teaching staff
Supporting employees in their tasks
Conducting individual consultations to determine support needs
Advertising and marketing for the support institute
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Increasing regional awareness of the support network

Your profile

Degree from a university or comparable educational qualification
Experience in the educational field or as an (educational) manager
Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to help people
Openness and enjoyment in interacting with people
Communication skills
Ability to establish and maintain networks
Enthusiasm for educational work with children, teenagers, and young adults
Willingness to independently manage an institute
Willingness to work within quality standards
Willingness for continuous education through training and consulting
