We are seeking an experienced executive to lead an institute for supporting reading and spelling difficulties. In this role, you will manage educational, administrative, and marketing tasks while guiding the individual support of students. You will take independent responsibility for operations and further develop the institute.

Your responsibilities

Formation of learning groups based on individual student needs
Independent execution of teaching units
Delegating lessons to qualified educators
Regular training and guidance of the educational team for quality assurance
Monitoring of incoming payments
Management of customer data with specialized software
Selection and support of reception staff
Selection and support of teaching staff
Determining support needs through consultation sessions
Public relations and advertising for the institute
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Increasing regional awareness of the support institute

Your profile

Completed university degree or comparable educational background with experience
Alternatively, an educational manager from a different industry without a pedagogical background
Experience in leadership roles
High communication skills
Networking skills and maintaining contacts
Enthusiasm for educational work with children, teenagers, and young adults
Motivation to support people with reading and spelling difficulties
Entrepreneurial spirit and self-reliance
Willingness to collaborate according to uniform quality standards
Openness to intensive consultation and regular training
Personality that approaches people openly
