- Completed studies in Computer Science
- Completed studies in Software Engineering
- Comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in software development
- Experience with Java
- Several years of experience in a senior management position
- Leadership experience with internationally distributed teams
- Knowledge of Enterprise SaaS
- Knowledge of cloud technologies
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Knowledge of software architecture
- Experience with budget responsibility
- Experience with resource planning
- Experience in organizational development
- Strong knowledge in Agile
