Your responsibilities

Assume strategic leadership of the company
Ensure the operational management of daily business
Bear overall responsibility for approximately 100 employees
Initiate strategic initiatives for sustainable growth
Ensure operational excellence in business operations
Manage international sales activities
Lead and coordinate global sales teams
Manage and align foreign subsidiaries
Carry budget and profit responsibility in the high double-digit million range
Expand market presence in new regions and continents
Ensure structured new customer acquisition
Organize sustainable support for existing clients
Act as an interface between market, product management, and development
Oversee the further development of digital solutions and platforms

Your profile

Degree at university level or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional expertise for the role
Several years of experience in international sales management
Experience in the capital goods sector or in mechanical/plant engineering
Experience in complex corporate and matrix structures (preferably)
Connection to the agricultural sector (highly preferred)
Technical affinity
