We are seeking an entrepreneurial leadership and sales personality who can provide strategic direction and ensure operational excellence. You will take full responsibility for leading and growing an internationally active company and managing its global sales activities.

Your responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the strategic leadership of the company
Assume overall responsibility for the operational leadership of the company
Ensure the leadership of approximately 100 employees
Strategically further develop the international market position
Actively manage global sales activities
Lead and coordinate international sales teams and subsidiaries
Carry budget responsibility in the high double-digit million range
Carry profit responsibility in the high double-digit million range
Consistently expand market presence in new regions and continents
Ensure structured new customer acquisition
Ensure sustainable support of existing customers
Act as a central interface between the market, product management, and development to enhance products
Oversee the further development of digital solutions and platforms
Drive digitalization initiatives and customer-oriented service offerings
Ensure close international leadership work across distances and enable travel availability of around 50%

Your profile

Completed university-level education or equivalent qualification
Relevant professional expertise for the position held
Several years of experience in international sales management
Experience in the capital goods sector or in machinery or plant engineering
Experience in complex corporate and matrix structures (preferably)
A connection to the agricultural or farming sector is highly preferred
Required affinity for technology
Visionary and strategically strong leadership personality
Hands-on mentality and strong operational implementation skills
High level of result responsibility
Social competence in leadership functions
Digital affinity
Agility in working and leadership style
Good sense for markets, people, and potential
High willingness to travel
