In this position, you are responsible for the comprehensive support of guests and booking partners. You coordinate reservations and work closely with various internal teams to ensure efficient operations.
Your responsibilities
- Communication with guests via email and messaging
- Support for booking partners
- Processing bookings and inquiries
- Managing changes and cancellations
- Support for short-term and long-term bookings
- Handling guest requests
- Complaint management
- Maintenance of availability and rates
- Monitoring booking processes
- Optimization of OTA distribution channels
- Collaboration with Operations and Sales departments
- Coordination with other internal teams
Your profile
- Experience in the hotel sector, preferably reception or reservations
- Knowledge of PMS systems
- Experience with OTA systems, ideally MEWS
- Strong service orientation
- Enjoy interacting with guests
- Independent and structured working style
- Solution-oriented approach
- Good German language skills
- Good English language skills
- Interest in digital systems
- Strong communication skills
