Head of Finance

• Leadership of all financial activities with strategic and operational responsibility
• Close cooperation with management on strategic financial matters
• Management of liquidity and cash management, including cash pooling
• Planning and controlling the company's financial goals
• Creation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Preparation of annual financial statements according to UGB
• Establishment and monitoring of risk and change management
• Development and maintenance of management reports for the executive board
• Analysis and optimization of financial processes and structures
• Support of internal executives and external partners on financial matters

• Completed business degree with a focus on finance or controlling
• Alternatively, comparable professional training
• Several years of professional experience in a similar financial leadership role within an industrial company
• Preferably CPA (Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung)
• Excellent knowledge of SAP
• Extensive experience in the treasury field
• Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in the development and advancement of financial processes and reporting structures
