This position involves coordinating and modeling complex HVAC and plant construction components for international data center projects. You are responsible for implementing and ensuring the BIM planning processes, collaborating with various specialist teams.

Your responsibilities

Coordination and modeling of HVAC and plant construction trades in data center projects
Planning and construction of piping, steelwork, as well as ventilation, heating, and air conditioning systems
Creating, maintaining, and aligning 3D BIM models
Aligning models with Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (PID) considering manufacturer specifications
Creation of piping isometrics
Preparation of detailed and assembly plans
Use of Autodesk Revit as the central planning tool
Alignment of specialist models with internal teams and external partners
Ensuring compliance with BIM guidelines and modeling standards
Conducting model reviews and clash detection
Contributing to the further development of digital planning processes

Your profile

Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, building technology, or a comparable field
Professional experience in construction or planning in plant engineering
Knowledge of Autodesk Revit or willingness to learn
Experience with BIM processes and digital planning methods
Proficient use of CAD and modeling software
Structured and independent working style
Solution-oriented work
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
Willingness to work cooperatively with internal and external teams
