You take on the professional leadership of the delivery department and coordinate interfaces with other departments. Additionally, you act as a point of contact for clients regarding discrepancies and work with analyses to optimize delivery processes.

Your responsibilities

Assume interface function between delivery and other departments
Pass on relevant information to other departments
Direct communication with clients on discrepancies
Direct communication with clients on changes
Ensure merchandise availability through coordinated information exchange
Create analyses of delivery processes
Prepare reports on delivery metrics
Utilize analysis results to improve delivery operations
Implement quality-enhancing measures in the wholesale market
Maintain and update substitute items
Exchange with customer managers on substitute items
Visit clients on-site as needed

Your profile

Completed training in gastronomy or commerce
Professional experience in delivery
Experience in food logistics (desirable)
Very good German language skills
Additional foreign language skills welcome
Good MS Office skills
Experience with merchandise management systems
Enjoy working with clients
Enjoy collaborating with colleagues
Good organizational skills
Fast working style
Attention to detail
Solution-oriented approach in stressful situations
