As the Product Manager, you are responsible for the comprehensive development of a mobile application. Your focus will be on planning, managing, and improving the app in coordination with various teams, considering user needs and company objectives.

Your responsibilities

Responsibility for the complete development of the app from the idea phase to rollout
Establishing the product roadmap based on user needs and company objectives
Prioritizing tasks and managing the backlog
Collaboration with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, and other stakeholders
Defining and monitoring KPIs to measure product success
Data-driven management of product development
Identifying opportunities to integrate artificial intelligence into the app
Developing personalized features to enhance the user experience
Optimizing mobile user journeys
Ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-centered app experiences

Your profile

Several years of experience in digital product management with a focus on apps or mobile platforms
Strong understanding of user needs
Solid knowledge of product quality and its impact on business
Experience in the discovery and prioritization phase of product features
Competence in cross-functional collaboration
Data-driven and structured approach
Pragmatic approach to challenges in product management
Interest and intuition for AI-supported features and personalization
High degree of personal responsibility in work approach
Clear and precise communication
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
