We are seeking a technically savvy board member responsible for the strategic, economic, and sustainable development of the organization, alongside another board member. You will lead groundbreaking infrastructure, cable car, and tourism projects and undertake operational leadership tasks.

Your responsibilities

Joint responsibility for the company's strategic direction
Joint responsibility for economic development
Joint responsibility for sustainable development
Planning and implementation of groundbreaking infrastructure projects
Planning and implementation of groundbreaking cable car projects
Planning and implementation of groundbreaking tourism projects
Maintaining relationships with existing tobacconists
Determining area division together with the team, depending on residence
Processing tobacco transferals and executing corresponding contract signings for tobacco sales points
Advising sales points and executing quality management and final inspections
Conducting monopoly law surveys
Careful order processing
Coordination and interface with municipalities during site evaluations
Participation in sector group meetings and industry fairs
Ongoing reporting and documentation to branch management/directors

Your profile

Completed technical degree or equivalent qualification
Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
Several years of leadership experience at the executive or board level
Ideally, experience in the cable car and mountain railway sector
Alternatively, experience in comparable sports, leisure, or tourism companies
High social competence.
Ability to motivate and manage teams
Highest integrity
Strong affinity for alpine tourism
Strong affinity for winter and mountain sports
Qualification as a commercial director in gastronomy is advantageous
Strong communication skills
Negotiation skills
Sensitivity to the Lech Zürs Arlberg region
