We are seeking an experienced specialist for technical leadership and development of company-wide messaging and collaboration platforms. The role includes project management, system optimization, and ensuring security and compliance requirements in the email sector. Communication within international teams is central.

Your responsibilities

Take technical responsibility for the architecture of messaging and collaboration platforms
Ensure the operation and development of messaging infrastructure
Develop and implement secure email solutions
Consider security and compliance requirements in system designs
Lead projects such as migrations, modernization, and cloud integration
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders during project implementation
Support automation of operational processes
Optimize monitoring processes to increase efficiency
Coordinate technical activities within the team
Share knowledge and expertise with team members
Represent the area of expertise to management and departments

Your profile

Completed IT education
Several years of experience in engineering and operating messaging environments
In-depth knowledge of enterprise email architectures like M365 and hybrid systems
Knowledge of email security products like Proofpoint and Microsoft
Experience in programming and automation, especially with PowerShell
Understanding of IT security and compliance requirements
Project and implementation skills in technical IT projects
Willingness to take on professional and organizational leadership responsibilities
Analytical thinking and clear communication skills
Resilience and poised actions under pressure
Experience in the administration of HCL Domino infrastructure is advantageous
Very good German language skills
Excellent English skills
Willingness for occasional business trips
