You are responsible for leading and developing project teams in the field of building construction. You manage various challenging construction projects and oversee them through all phases. Additionally, you independently manage customer relationships and acquisitions.
Your responsibilities
- Leading multiple complex construction projects as the central contact for clients and partners
- Responsibility for internal project management
- Leading project teams and fostering their professional development
- Scheduling management throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitoring costs in the construction project
- Ensuring the required building quality
- Integrating all services of the corporate group in acquisition and project work
- Independent management of key clients
- Acquisition of new clients to expand the portfolio
- Expanding and maintaining the professional network
Your profile
- Completed studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, or equivalent qualification
- At least five years of professional experience in project management
- Experience in project leadership in building construction
- Experience in acquiring consulting services in building construction
- Experience with large-scale projects is an advantage
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel domestically for projects
- Willingness to travel internationally for projects
- Ability to continuously maintain and expand networks
- Strong skills and persuasiveness in dealing with various project stakeholders
