You hold operational responsibility for manufacturing and lead the production teams. Your task is to continuously improve production processes with a hands-on approach and strategic vision.

Your responsibilities

Operational management and control of manufacturing
Ensuring quality, productivity, and delivery reliability
Responsibility for workplace safety in production
Leadership and professional development of the production team
Promoting a performance-oriented team culture
Analysis of production disruptions
Implementation of sustainable improvement measures
Efficient planning of personnel, capacity, and resources
Continuous optimization of production workflows, processes, and standards
Support in the training and development of specialists and apprentices

Your profile

Completed technical training, at least a master's certificate
Training ideally in mechanical engineering, plastics technology, electrical engineering, production engineering, or comparable fields
Several years of professional and leadership experience in a manufacturing industrial company
Strong hands-on mentality
High problem-solving skills
Structured and analytical approach to work.
Technical understanding of production facilities and manufacturing processes
Experience with continuous improvement, Lean Management, or Operational Excellence is advantageous
Leadership personality with assertiveness
Sense of responsibility
Communication skills
Good German language skills
English skills are an advantage
Proficient in using common MS Office applications.
