Product Owner Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced professional to take responsibility for product management and drive development in a dynamic environment. The role involves collecting and prioritizing requirements, as well as close coordination with various business areas.
Your responsibilities
- Responsible for product development
- Represent the product internally and externally
- Gather requirements from customer, sales, management, and support conversations
- Structure and prioritize requirements
- Evaluate the benefits and urgency of requirements
- Maintain and update the product roadmap
- Present and defend prioritization decisions
- Identify patterns in customer feedback and problem data
- Derive improvement suggestions for the product
- Create concepts, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Assume the role of Product Owner in the agile development process
- Work closely with IT team and experts
- Assist in the implementation of product developments
- Facilitate alignment between customers, sales, management, and development
- Clarify differing expectations and priority changes
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar
- Knowledge in the development of software products
- Experience in creating and maintaining product roadmaps
- Ability to communicate prioritizations clearly
- Structured and independent working style
- Competence in overseeing multiple parallel topics
- Prioritization in dynamic, changing environments
- Technical understanding of relationships and effort estimations
- Very good German language skills
- Excellent English skills
- Experience or interest in packaging, sustainability, and digital solutions is advantageous
