In this position, you will lead the product management for property, liability, accident, and motor insurance for private clients. You will be responsible for developing strategies, managing the product portfolio, and leading a large team. You will ensure sustainable growth and continuous improvement of product quality.
Your responsibilities
- Leading product management in the areas of property, liability, accident, and motor insurance for private clients
- Developing and implementing product strategies for insurance and banking products
- Continuously improving existing product portfolios
- Managing the overall product portfolio with performance management based on KPIs
- Budget responsibility for the entire area
- Leading and developing a team of 35 employees
- Conducting market analyses to identify opportunities
- Focusing on sustainable growth
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction
- Controlling product profitability and growth
- Collaborating with internal departments such as sales, marketing, and IT
- Managing interfaces between different teams
Your profile
- Completed degree in business administration or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience with a focus on product management
- Experience in leadership positions, ideally in large organizations
- Knowledge in product management of property, liability, accident, and motor insurance for private clients
- Experience in managing product portfolios in the financial services sector
- Competencies in personnel management and development
