We are looking for an experienced specialist in Human Resources to independently manage personnel tasks and work closely with executives and HR management. The main focus is to comprehensively support employees within a defined region.

Your responsibilities

Independent execution of recruiting for assigned areas
Personnel planning in coordination with HR resources
Management and coordination of internal and external recruitment up to contract signing
Personnel administration including applicant management
Correspondence with applicants
Interface function for HR services
Preparation of individual personnel measures and structural changes
Implementation of measures in compliance with legal and corporate regulations
Advising and supporting executives on labor law issues
Support for apprentices and trainees

Your profile

Interest and commitment to HR topics
Service and sales orientation
3 to 5 years of professional experience in the HR field
Knowledge of SAP R3 module
Knowledge of SuccessFactors is desirable
Sound knowledge of labor law
Independent and structured work style
Ability to set priorities
High solution orientation
Goal and result orientation
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Driver's license and own car required
Stress resilience and ability to keep an overview in complex situations
