We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to analyze and specify requirements in the area of POS systems and promotions. You will undertake the technical integration of systems and collaborate on optimizing digital sales processes.

Your responsibilities

Analysis of requirements in the POS and promotions area
Collaboration with specialist departments on a national level
Collaboration with specialist departments on an international level
Design of omnichannel promotion processes
Optimization of promotion workflows in the ERP system
Implementation of promotions at the point of sale
Integration of promotions into the customer app
Technical development of interfaces
Close collaboration with development teams
Further development of a framework for marketing teams

Your profile

Completed education in computer science (apprenticeship, technical college, university)
Several years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst
Experience in the retail environment desirable
Understanding of complex systems
Experience with databases
Knowledge of tools for agile project development
Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
Team player
Willingness to collaborate with international teams
