We are seeking a qualified person for personnel management with a focus on recruiting. The role includes support with HR projects, employee management, and the organization of training and apprentice support.
Your responsibilities
- Management and coordination of the recruiting process in collaboration with departments
- Participation in various HR projects
- Planning and coordination of training events
- Selection of apprentices
- Support of apprentices during their training
- Representation at career fairs
- Presentations at schools
- Support of personnel administration
- Collaboration with payroll processing
Your profile
- Several years of practical experience in HR with a focus on recruiting
- Knowledge in social media and employer branding is advantageous
- Good intuition for people
- High social competence
- Empathy
- Strong communication skills
- Trustworthy personality with discretion
- Professional demeanor
- Independent and structured work style
- Organizational talent
- Willingness to take the apprentice trainer exam or existing qualification
- Graduation from a higher school (A-level equivalent)
- Commercial understanding
- Understanding of agricultural career fields
- Familiarity with the structure of statutory representative bodies
