HR Business Partner
We are looking for an experienced individual for the role of HR Business Partner. This position involves comprehensive support of executives and participation in human resources and employment law matters. You are responsible for recruiting support and the implementation of HR projects within the team.
Your responsibilities
- Support of executives in personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Analysis of human resources issues
- Analysis of employment law challenges
- Development of solutions in coordination with executives and departments
- Act as an interface between large markets and headquarters on HR topics
- Engage with executives on employee surveys
- Derivation and implementation of market measures based on surveys
- Support markets in recruiting, particularly for challenging positions
- Participation in HR projects
- Shaping the development of the HR department within the team
- Close coordination with the HR Business Partner team
Your profile
- Completed academic education in economics or law with a preference for an HR specialization
- Professional experience in the HR field
- Thorough knowledge of labor law
- Proficient use of MS Office programs
- Rapid familiarization with new systems
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Experience with recruiting systems is advantageous
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent English skills for creating presentations
- Open and communicative personality
- Empathy and enthusiasm
- Organizational talent
- Enjoyment of diverse tasks
- Willingness to travel within Austria
- Class B driving license
