We are seeking an experienced executive in Supply Chain Management. You will take on operational and strategic responsibility for planning, procurement, and ensuring delivery capability across the entire supply chain.
Your responsibilities
- Assume operational responsibility for the supply chain department
- Carry strategic responsibility for the department
- Provide professional leadership for the team
- Provide disciplinary leadership for the team
- Shape the strategic development of the organization
- Analyze and optimize end-to-end processes
- Ensure efficient order planning
- Ensure efficient production planning
- Ensure efficient delivery planning
- Develop procurement strategies
- Ensure inventory-optimized supply chain management
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards and certifications
- Support customers with operational challenges along the supply chain
- Coordinate measures to ensure delivery capability
- Collaborate as a central interface with internal departments, customers, and international partners
Your profile
- Completed degree
- Many years of comparable experience in supply chain management
- Experience in supply chain management within the automotive/supplier industry
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong methodological expertise
- Analytical strength
- Deep understanding of complex supply chains
- Strategic thinking ability
- Diplomatic skills
- Assertiveness
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German language skills
- Excellent English skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
