You lead the finance and controlling team and are responsible for operational financial management. In this position, you manage liquidity, reporting, and closing processes, and advise management on financial matters.
Your responsibilities
- Professional leadership of the finance and controlling team
- Personnel management and development of the team
- Overall responsibility for operational financial management
- Preparation and management of monthly closings
- Preparation and management of quarterly and annual closings
- Management of liquidity, cash flow, and treasury
- Execution and monitoring of international payment transactions
- Responsibility for budgeting and forecasting
- Ensuring controlling activities and management reporting
- Analysis of costs, margins, and results
- Evaluation of market and business data
- Deriving concrete recommendations for action from analyses
- Further development of processes and reporting structures
- Enhancement of commercially relevant ERP and CRM systems
- Participation in digitization and transformation projects
Your profile
- Completed commercial or business education with a focus on finance, accounting, or controlling
- Solid professional experience in finance and accounting
- Solid professional experience in controlling
- Proven leadership experience
- Experience in the professional management and coordination of employees
- Experience in a medium-sized or SME environment
- Exposure to foreign companies or international experience
- High numerical affinity
- IT affinity and data orientation
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience with reporting systems
- Hands-on mentality
- Analytical thinking skills
- Enthusiasm for the development of processes and structures
- Very good German and English skills
