Transport Manager Spanish

• Execute daily scheduling of international transports based on broad planning
• Compare available transport options according to commercial guidelines and select suitable solutions
• Coordinate communication with clients, transport partners, drivers, and ferry or rail operators
• Identify short-term changes and capacity bottlenecks, and set appropriate priorities
• Develop solutions to unforeseen events in collaboration with partners
• Ensure complete and accurate documentation of business transactions
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements
• Monitor and adhere to internal processes
• Promote information flow between adjacent teams and share relevant information
• Maintain stable operations even under dynamic conditions

• Completed economic education at least at Matura level
• Work experience in transport or scheduling is welcome, but not strictly required
• Confident use of MS Office
• Spanish language skills at least at C1 level
• German language skills at a minimum of B1 level or fluent English skills at C1 level
• Willingness for regular business travel within the area of responsibility
• Commercial understanding
• Enjoyment of organizational and coordinating activities
• Clear and solution-oriented communication, even with short-term changes
• Ability to work independently
