Cluster Director

In this role, you will actively shape sales efforts in two markets. You will take on a leadership position with both strategic and operational focus, while overseeing international projects and central directives.

Your responsibilities

Develop sales strategy for Switzerland and France
Implement sales strategy in the region
Pursue revenue targets for the region
Pursue performance targets for the region
Lead local management
Further develop local management teams
Oversee international projects
Implement international projects
Ensure group-wide standards
Ensure group-wide guidelines
Implement pricing directives
Implement brand directives
Implement compliance directives
Implement finance directives

Your profile

Several years of experience in a leadership role
Experience in international sales
Experience in business development
Industry experience in construction
Industry experience in secondary construction trades
Industry experience in architecture
Industry experience in building materials industry
Expertise in market analysis
Expertise in sales strategy
Expertise in project management
Commercial education at university level
Technical education at university level
Fluent in German
Fluent French skills
