Your responsibilities
- Lead the accounting department technically
- Manage the accounting department organizationally
- Serve as the contact person for operational questions within the team
- Serve as the contact person for strategic questions within the team
- Provide sparring on complex topics
- Develop employees purposefully
- Contribute to shaping modern office processes
- Contribute your own ideas for further development
- Drive digitalization within the department
- Independently prepare financial statements
- Independently prepare tax returns
- Provide comprehensive consulting to clients
- Offer proactive guidance to clients
Your profile
- Several years of experience in accounting.
- Professional experience in a tax consultancy
- Experience in preparing financial statements
- Experience in preparing tax returns
- Experience with different legal forms
- Proficient use of BMD NTCS
- Affinity for digital office processes
- Structured working style
- High standard of quality
- Initial experience in technical team leadership is an advantage
- Initial experience in disciplinary team leadership is an advantage
