VP Industrial Engineering

• Overall responsibility for Industrial Engineering, Maintenance, Facility Management, and Tooling group-wide
• Development and implementation of the group-wide IE strategy
• Design of efficient material flows
• Design of ergonomic workstations
• Optimization of cycle times and capacity planning
• Introduction and establishment of Lean Management, Continuous Improvement Process, and Operational Excellence
• Establishment of binding standards for time management, productivity measurement, and process analysis
• Support and management of industrialization projects
• Conducting plant layout planning
• Planning and provision of production-relevant operating resources
• Ensuring equipment availability through a maintenance strategy
• Development of cross-functional solutions in coordination with COO, production managers, and procurement
• Focus on strategy, standardization, scaling, and development of leadership teams

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Smart Production & Management or similar
• Extensive leadership experience in senior management roles
• Experience ideally in internationally operating corporate groups
• Industry experience preferably in the metal processing industry or comparable automated serial production
• In-depth knowledge of lean management
• In-depth knowledge in Continuous Improvement Process
• In-depth knowledge in Operational Excellence
• Experience in project management
• Experience in process analysis
• Experience in time management
• Experience in capacity planning
• Experience with modern maintenance methods
• Proficient handling of ERP systems as well as digital reporting and production systems
• Routine use of key figures and data analyses for control and decision-making
• Positive attitude towards automation, AI, and digitalization
