• Completed education such as HAK, HAS, HTL, or apprenticeship
• Candidates who left school early are welcome with appropriate motivation
• Ideally, experience in recruiting
• Alternatively, experience in personnel services
• Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Strong communication skills

• Good command of German, both spoken and written
