Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for a stable and secure IT infrastructure
- Leading and professionally developing the IT team
- Planning and managing digitalization projects
- Implementation of IT optimization projects
- Further development of IT security measures
- Improvement of data backup systems
- Optimization of central IT systems
- Collaboration with departments to optimize processes
- Selection of external IT partners
- Management and coordination of external IT service providers
Your profile
- Completed technical education in IT or computer science or equivalent
- Several years of experience in a responsible IT position
- Leadership experience is an advantage
- Comprehensive understanding of IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- In-depth knowledge in the area of IT security
- Experience in project management
- Experience in change management
- Strong communication skills
- Very good knowledge of the German language
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Independent working style with a hands-on mentality
- Solution-oriented thinking
