Your responsibilities

Strategically lead the company together with another board member
Operational management of ongoing business operations
Accountable for the balance sheet total of approximately 850 million euros
Further development of the corporate group
Leveraging synergies in land acquisition
Optimize administrative processes
Manage refurbishment projects to leverage synergies
Ensure affordable housing despite rising costs
Advance climate protection, energy-efficient refurbishment, and sustainable new construction
Ensure compliance, transparency, and governance

Your profile

Several years of leadership experience
Completed university degree or equivalent education in economics, construction, or law
Entrepreneurial thinking and understanding of the nonprofit, social mission of a housing developer
Desirable: Experience in nonprofit housing construction or in a regulated environment with a public mandate
Strong understanding of the Nonprofit Housing Act and the economic management of nonprofit building associations
Experience dealing with public owners, funding agencies, supervisory boards, and political stakeholders, as well as strong networking skills
Expertise in sustainability/ESG, digitalization, and innovation in construction and housing
Integrity, negotiation skills, strong communication skills, and confident presence
High resilience to public and political attention
Strategic foresight and strong leadership and social skills with high implementation and decision-making strength
