You manage the operational operations of a delivery site and ensure smooth processes on location. In doing so, you lead a team and are responsible for personnel, fleet, and cost management.
Your responsibilities
- Operational management of the delivery site
- Ensuring smooth operations
- Organization of daily operations on site
- Leadership of approximately 60 employees
- Contact person for team training
- Coordination of personnel planning
- Creation and coordination of staffing plans
- Responsibility for human resources at the location
- Responsibility for the fleet
- Assumption of cost and budget responsibility for the site
Your profile
- Strong communication skills
- Negotiation proficiency
- Sensitivity in dealing with employees
- Several years of leadership experience
- Professional experience in a responsible position
- Ideally, leadership experience in logistics
- Alternatively: leadership experience in production
- Enjoyment of leadership roles
- Willingness to take on site responsibility
- Ability to further develop a team
- Class B driving license
