Risk Manager
As a Risk Manager, you play a key role in the development and enhancement of group-wide risk management. You systematically analyze risks and support the organization with well-founded decision-making foundations. Your tasks include the operational management and monitoring of various risk types.
Your responsibilities
- Development and operation of enterprise-wide risk management
- Further development of risk methods, processes, policies, and tools
- Identification of strategic, operational, financial, and compliance-related risks
- Analysis and evaluation of identified risks
- Ongoing risk monitoring
- Preparation of risk reports for management and departments
- Development of decision-making foundations and action proposals
- Coordination of risk owners in the implementation and tracking of measures
- Conducting risk workshops and training in departments
- Raising employee awareness of risk topics
- Collaboration with Controlling, Compliance, IT, and international entities
- Support in internal control systems and audits
- Preparation of reports for management and committees
Your profile
- Completed studies with a focus on business administration, controlling, finance, business law, or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in risk management or controlling
- Experience in an international industrial company or a Big4 firm preferred
- A very good understanding of business correlations and corporate management
- Knowledge of processes and key figures in the company
- Analytical and structured working style
- Solution-oriented mindset with a strong quality awareness
- Sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
- Enjoys cross-departmental collaboration
- Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP, BI, or risk management tools is advantageous
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
