We are seeking an experienced executive to manage a delivery site with responsibility for personnel and costs. The role includes operational management of site operations, team leadership, and personnel planning.
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the operational management of a delivery site with approximately 48 employees
- Lead and develop the on-site team
- Plan and coordinate personnel deployment
- Monitor and manage site costs
- Organize and ensure the delivery of letters, parcels, and advertising mail
- Maintain smooth operation processes at the site
- Manage the vehicle fleet in connection with site operations
- Communicate with employees and external partners on site
- Implement corporate objectives at the site
Your profile
- Confident and communicative demeanor
- Negotiation skills and tact
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in logistics or production
- Experience and enthusiasm for leadership and management tasks
- Ability to develop personnel and foster teams
- Class B driving license.
- Self-reliant and motivated work
- Willingness to take responsibility for a site
- Knowledge in personnel management
- Endurance and commitment to achieving goals
