You are responsible for a funding institute and oversee its on-site operations. You manage educational, administrative, consulting, and marketing tasks.

Your responsibilities

Form learning groups based on individual needs
Conduct tutoring sessions personally
Delegate classes to specially trained educators
Organize and conduct regular training for quality assurance
Provide subject-specific guidance for tutoring
Monitor incoming payments
Manage customer data with the specialized network software
Select receptionists and educators
Support and coordinate staff in performing their duties
Conduct consultations and determine individual support needs
Use diagnostic tests in on-site consultations
Implement marketing measures and promote the institute
Build and maintain customer relationships
Enhance the network’s recognition in the region
Make economic and legal decisions as an independent entrepreneur

Your profile

University degree
Equivalent qualification with experience in education
Alternatively: industry outsiders (education managers) without educational background welcome
Experience in a leadership position
Work experience
Entrepreneurial spirit
