You take on overall responsibility for an S/4HANA transformation program and consolidate various project structures into a unified program. In doing so, you guide the organization and employees through structural and process changes.
Your responsibilities
- Overall management of the S/4HANA transformation program
- Integration of diverse project structures into a unified program
- Guidance for the organization during the transformation
- Guidance for employees through the change process
- Coordination of interfaces between business, IT, governance, and external partners
- Ensuring a shared understanding of transformation across departments
- Moderation of target conflicts at the management level
- Moderation of decision-making processes at the management level
- Facilitating sustainable solutions for management decisions
- Identification of synergies, dependencies, and potential friction points
- Support in resolving identified friction points
- Establishment of communication, reporting, and escalation structures
- Active stakeholder management at the executive level
- Connecting role between internal and external stakeholders
Your profile
- Several years of experience in managing complex large-scale projects
- Experience in transformation projects
- Experience in larger corporate structures (ideally)
- Ability to coordinate diverse projects
- Ability to coordinate various departments
- Ability to coordinate different stakeholders
- Excellent moderation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate people for change
- Very good understanding of processes
- Very good understanding of organization
- Experience in organizational development
- Experience in supporting organizational change
- Experience in further developing structures and collaboration
- Confident and assured presence at management and executive level
