You will lead complex, cloud-based HR software transformation projects, overseeing the design and technical leadership of project teams. The focus is on implementing modern HR technology architectures and expanding client relationships.

Your responsibilities

Leading complex cloud-based HR software implementation projects across all project phases
Analyzing client requirements
Translating requirements into scalable system configurations
Planning, designing, and facilitating workshops with departments and stakeholders
Managing project stakeholders and actively maintaining customer relationships
Providing technical leadership and development for project teams
Taking responsibility for acquiring new projects
Expanding existing client relationships
Building and developing internal know-how in HR software
Networking with international teams and contributing to the development of the HR transformation practice

Your profile

At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in HR, technology, or transformation
Partial experience in an external consulting environment
Experience in leading cloud-based HR software implementations
Completed studies focusing on HR, technology, or comparable fields
Solid expertise in strategy, process design, and operating model concepts for HR
Understanding of modern HR technologies and future-of-work concepts
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to travel for project-related tasks
